Welcome to 1:1 Coaching with Break the Core Fitness!

This agreement is designed to clearly outline expectations so you feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout our time working together.


Our Commitment to Each Other


What I provide as your coach:

•A fully customized fitness and nutrition program based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences

• Weekly check-ins and program adjustments as needed

• Access to me for coaching support, motivation, and accountability- DAILY

•Honest feedback, encouragement, and mindset support



Communication & Availability


Coaching Platform:

Communication will be done through calls, zooms & text message 


Response Time:

I respond to all messages within 24–48 hours during coaching hours:

Monday–Friday: 9AM–5PM EST


Weekly Check-Ins:

You are expected to submit your check-in form by Saturday each week to ensure timely feedback & program updates.


 What I Expect From You

  • Honesty: Be open about what’s working and what’s not. This helps me coach you better.
  • Consistency: Progress comes from showing up, even on the hard days. Do your best. I’ll support the rest.
  • Accountability: You are responsible for your check-ins and completing your workouts and nutrition goals to the best of your ability.
  • Respect: This is a judgment-free zone. Respect your journey and the boundaries in place so we can keep this a positive and professional relationship.


Program Adjustments

Your plan will be updated based on your progress, lifestyle changes, and check-in feedback. Please allow 24–48 hours for program updates following check-ins.


What This Program Is Not

This is not a medical program. I am not a doctor or therapist. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Please consult with your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
